Matt Calamari

Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer, Matt Calamari oversees operations for all Impact Housing Group modular assembly facilities. Calamari is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business unit, including production, sales, and staffing.

Prior to joining Impact Housing, Calamari was a co-founder of Burton Franchise Partners, an Atlanta-based investment firm that owned and operated 12 locations of a leading women’s boutique fitness concept. Calamari oversaw site development and construction, management of more than 100 employees, and financial analysis for its franchised locations.  He successfully facilitated the sale of the business by 2018.

Calamari began his career as an institutional equity trader for Cantor Fitzgerald, co-managing the daily operation of a $10 million annual sales commission platform. Calamari holds a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University, with a concentration in finance, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
