Robert McCullough

With a deep financial and business background, Robert (Bob) M. McCullough serves as the chief financial officer of Impact Housing.  McCullough has also served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of EcoVest Capital, Inc. since 2014.  From 2008 to 2014 he served as the chief financial officer of Wells Real Estate Funds, Inc., a national real estate investment management company that has invested more than $12 billion in commercial real estate for more than 300,000 investors in 18 publicly registered and 12 private investment programs. From 2002 to 2008, McCullough served in various financial and operational roles at Wells Real Estate Funds. He also served as the chief financial officer and financial and operations principal for Wells Investment Securities, Inc., the wholly-owned broker-dealer subsidiary of Wells Real Estate Funds. From 1998 to 2002 McCullough worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP in the Atlanta, Georgia office.

McCullough earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Georgia State University.
